ECO-FRIENDLY CLOSURE SOLUTION FOR INDUSTRIAL MATERIAL STORAGE YARD
Air supported membrane structures are a type of innovative, intelligent spatial structure that has gained widespread adoption in recent years. They offer numerous advantages, including low construction costs, short project timelines, safety and reliability, smart capabilities, and environmental sustainability. Once completed, the interior is free of beams and columns, providing vast storage space and facilitating the design of highly efficient, scientifically optimized logistics workflows. Consequently, they are extensively used in sectors requiring enclosed, eco-friendly facilities, such as port logistics, industrial material yards, and various types of warehousing.

Optional System

Fire Protection System
The system employs dual-band infrared detectors integrated with automatic fire-targeting water cannons, alongside outdoor and indoor fire hydrant systems, electric fire water cannon systems, emergency exits, and fire extinguishers. Upon a temperature alarm, the coal at the alarm location is first turned over and ventilated to lower the temperature and eliminate potential fire hazards.

Dust Removal System
The dust suppression and cooling system primarily comprises dust-suppression water pumps, a piping network, spray nozzles, and a control system.
Air outlets are equipped with airflow deflectors and water-bath dust removal units to effectively capture dust carried by the exhaust air and prevent secondary pollution; the airflow velocity is optimized to ensure it remains below the threshold required to lift coal dust, thereby suppressing dust at the source.

Surveillance System
An explosion-proof video surveillance system is installed within the air-supported structure. High-definition infrared dome cameras are utilized, meeting requirements for dust-proof, explosion-proof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion capabilities, with an infrared range exceeding 270 meters. Bullet cameras featuring an IP67 dust and water resistance rating are installed at both the entry and exit points of the vehicle access lanes to ensure reliable, real-time tracking of vehicle movements and complete coverage. The system provides comprehensive, "blind-spot-free" monitoring of the entire coal yard-including entrances and exits, fire monitors, mist cannons, and internal roadways-delivering clear, smooth video imagery. The system features intelligent, high-end performance that meets industrial and professional standards.

Lighting System
To address the challenging environment inside the coal yard-characterized by heavy dust and the presence of corrosive elements (such as sulfur) in the coal-explosion-proof, ruggedized (tri-proof) LED lights with an ingress protection rating of at least IP65 are employed. These fixtures utilize a floodlight design with LED chips featuring a 15-degree beam angle; this narrow light distribution effectively concentrates the beam, allowing light to be projected onto the ceiling of the air-supported structure. By leveraging the membrane material's unique reflective properties, the system achieves ample illumination with minimal energy consumption.
