Product Introduction
The Army Modular Tent System is built for field use. It can be used for military camps, emergency rescue work, temporary accommodation, and mobile support bases. The system uses inflatable structures with high-pressure air beams, so setup is much faster than traditional frame tents. Different modules can be combined based on actual site needs. The system can be arranged into different working and living sections, such as office space, briefing areas, staff accommodation, equipment repair zones, shower and toilet units, laundry space, and dining areas. All related containers and basic support equipment are prepared together with the tents, which helps reduce setup work in outdoor or remote locations.

• Easy Transport and Fast Deployment
The whole system is packed in standard containers for easier loading and delivery.The system can be delivered by road, train, sea, or air based on actual transport conditions. Once the equipment reaches the site, the tents can be set up in a short time with a small crew, making them suitable for temporary camps and fast-response work.
- Flexible Camp Size
The modular system can support camps for around 300 people or 600 people. Layouts can also be changed according to the number of users and working conditions. Extra modules can be added later if a larger field camp is needed.
• Better Concealment in Field Areas
The outer fabric uses blackout material to reduce light leakage at night. Camouflage covers are available to help the tents blend into different environments. The structure can also work together with camouflage nets when required. These features make the tents suitable for field operations and sensitive working zones.

This modular tent system is often used for field accommodation, command work, emergency rescue support, and temporary camp construction. Shock wave resistance
After the shock wave resistance test, 4.33kgTNT exploded at a distance of 8.33m, the tent did not overturn, the tarpaulin and air ribs did not show functional damage, and the overall structure was intact.
Our Hp tent adopt special flexible protective materials and independent closed structure design can effectively reduce the damage effect of explosion shock waves on equipments or pepole in tent.







Air tightness of the air rib
Our air ribs flexible tube weaving draws on the method of alternately weaving the weft plain needle organization on the two needle beds of the double needle bed flat knitting machine, combined with the three-axis weaving and axial reinforcement weaving structure technology, changing the number of working needles of the two needle beds during weaving to form a "steering" structure, thus achieving seamless weaving and overall molding of air rib flexible tubes. In addition, the elastic brominated butyl rubber and rigid nylon materials are dynamically vulcanized, and the mixing ratio has been subjected to multiple experiments, measurements, analysis, and trials, and finally a composite closed membrane with light weight, high air tightness and elasticity is obtained.
