1. Inflation Pressure & Structural Principle
High-Pressure Rib Structure Tents use high-pressure inflatable tubes (typically 6–10 bar / 90–150 PSI) , the tubes become rigid like metal frames after inflation , structure behaves similarly to aluminum or steel frameworks . After inflating can keep work 60-90 days. Low-Pressure Air Beam Structure Tents use low-pressure air beams (typically 0.2–0.5 bar / 3–8 PSI) ,structure remains flexible and relies on air volume for stability ,requires 7-10 days periodic air supply.

High-Pressure Rib Structure with great load-bearing capacity ( ≥25 kg/m² ). Can support large spans (max 75m clean span we can do now ) , heavy HVAC ducting, Snow loading 250mm/m2 , withstand winds ≥10 class, and long-term installations . Furthermore, it possesses excellent explosion-proof performance. During testing, a 4.33 kg TNT explosion at a distance of 8.33 meters did not cause our high-pressure inflatable tent to overturn. The tent fabric and inflatable ribs showed no functional damage, and the overall structure remained intact.

Low-Pressure Air Beam Structure load capacity relatively lower ,snow loading 150mm/m2 , withstand winds 6-8 class Better suited for short-term use in mild to moderate weather
3. Deployment & Inflation Time
High-Pressure Rib Structure and each air column is independent. Requires high-pressure pumps to inflate the column one by one .According different size the inflation time is usually 10–30 minutes difference .
Low-Pressure Air Beam Structure with a whole air frame ,inflates very quickly with normal air pump . According different size the setup time from 5 to 20 minutes .
Of course , if want setup faster can use multiple air pumps work together.
4. Durability & Service Life
High-Pressure Rib Structure with good function to resistant to puncture and deformation. The air ribs are made of high-strength polyester yarn, and the outer layer is sprayed with flexible wear-resistant protective coating. The breaking strength reaches more than 11000N, and the puncture resistance reaches more than 1000N. It solves the problem of easy wear and damage of tents during outdoor use, and the service life can reach 20 years.
And the Low-Pressure Air Beam Structure adpot soft PVC fabric the puncture resistance is relatively poor. More sensitive to leaks or pressure loss ,usually use life is 5-8 years . But if under heavy use the lifespan will be shorter
